My research is part of the Assessment of Disorganised Attachment and Maltreatment (ADAM) project at the University of Kent.
The ADAM project "is an innovative approach to assessment and intervention where there are child protection concerns. Depending on the child's age, different measures of Disorganised Attachment (DA) are used to 'deepen and strengthen' existing (social work) enquiries because of the high association between DA and abuse" (Shemmings, D)..
