About
Marco is a cotutelle PhD student at the University of Kent and at SUM (Istituto Italiano di Scienze Umane)and Assistant Lecturer in Italian at the University of Kent. His thesis focuses on Biopolitics and Human Nature in Contemporary Italian Philosophy, with the aim of demonstrating that a consistent and comprehensive analysis of the relationship between politics and life can only be achieved by breaking down the rigid dichotomy separating the Humanities and Natural Sciences. Marco is also an editorial member of Skepsi, the postgraduate journal in Humanities and Social sciences of the University of Kent.
Before coming to the University of Kent (January 2011), Marco graduated cum laude in Contemporary Philosophy (Trieste, October 2010).
